Ingredients You’ll Need To Make Grilled Sweet Potatoes And Brussels Sprouts:
- sweet potatoes
- Brussels sprouts
- avocado oil
- chipotle chili powder
- salt
- pepper
How To Make Grilled Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts…
- Preheat grill to medium high heat
- Add diced potatoes and quartered Brussels sprouts to large mixing bowl
- Toss with avocado oil and seasonings
- Add to a grill basket and place on preheated grill
- Cook, tossing occasionally, until cooked to desired tenderness (about 10-15 minutes) Veggies are done when they are lightly browned and can be pierced easily with a fork
Pro Tips:
When picking out your veggies, choose smaller Brussels sprouts as they will cook better and be more tender.
If desired, you can blanch the Brussels sprouts before grilling them for even better results, although I rarely take the extra step.
Stir or turn your veggies often to prevent burning.
While grilling, you can adjust the temperature up or down between 350-400 degrees F to match what you are cooking for your main dish.
Veggies are done when they are fork tender.

- 1 pound sweet potatoes peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts stem removed and halved or quartered
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat
