Grilled Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Only 4 ingredient needed to make the ultimate grilled chicken tacos! The chipotle flavor takes it up a notch and using chicken thighs will result in the most flavor and juicy chicken tacos of your life!

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning 2 tablespoons sauce from canned chipotle peppers in adobo 1 tablespoon avocado oil Crispy corn tortillas lettuce, avocado and cilantro lime ranch as desired
Preheat grill to about 400 degrees F
Mix together seasoning, adobo sauce and oil and pour over chicken
Let rest for 10-15 minutes
Place chicken on grill and cook for about 5-8 minutes on each side until cooked through to 165 degrees F
Remove and let rest 10 minutes
Chop chicken and serve on tortillas or as desired
Let chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before chopping so that it will remain juicy
Be sure not to overcook, use a meat thermometer
