Steak Kebabs

Steak Kebabs make the tastiest all in one dinner! I love the flavor combos of these simple yet delicious kebabs that can be done in minutes, no marinating required.

  • 8 oz strip steak
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  • Heat grill to medium high heat (about 375 degrees)
  • Cut steak, peppers and onions into bite sized pieces
  • Thread onto 4 skewers (if skewers are wood be sure to soak for 10 minutes first)
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning
  • Place steak on grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes then flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until veggies are crisp tender
  • Melt butter and stir in garlic powder
  • Brush over cooked kebabs right after removing from grill


  • use red, yellow, orange or green peppers depending on your preference
  • trim extra fat from steak as needed - could also use a leaner sirloin if preferred
  • use dairy free butter if dairy free
  • use store bought or my homemade steak seasoning
