2 pound lean ground beef 1 teaspoons steak seasoning 1 head leaf lettuce 1 to mato 1 red onion 1 tablespoon burger sauce
Preheat grill to medium high heat
Form beef into 6 equal sized burger patties
Sprinkle lightly with seasoning
Place on grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes then flip and continue cooking another 6-8 minutes until cooked through
Internal temp of burgers should be 160 for well done or 150 for medium well
Use high-quality meat for best results
Serve with or without a bun
Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
