Lettuce Wrapped Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 head leaf lettuce
  • 1 to mato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon burger sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat
  • Form beef into 6 equal sized burger patties
  • Sprinkle lightly with seasoning
  • Place on grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes then flip and continue cooking another 6-8 minutes until cooked through
  • Internal temp of burgers should be 160 for well done or 150 for medium well

Notes

  • Use high-quality meat for best results
  • Serve with or without a bun
  • Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
