Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning until well coated
Place on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F
Serve chicken on buns with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion or as desired
Notes
ensure chicken breasts are similar size and thickness for even cooking
ideal size for chicken sandwiches is about 8 oz per breast - mine were 16oz so I cut them in half
feel free to sub homemade seasoning for store bought
leftovers can be stored unassembled in fridge for up to 3 days
