Spicy Coleslaw

12 oz chopped coleslaw mix 1/2 cup mayo 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, honey and hot sauce
Pour over coleslaw mix and stir to combine well
Store in fridge until ready to serve
I recommend making this at least an hour in advance to let the sauce probably mix with the cabbage
leave out hot sauce for a regular creamy coleslaw
make at least an hour in advance of serving
store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days
