Spicy Coleslaw

  • 12 oz chopped coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce


  • Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, honey and hot sauce
  • Pour over coleslaw mix and stir to combine well
  • Store in fridge until ready to serve
  • I recommend making this at least an hour in advance to let the sauce probably mix with the cabbage


  • leave out hot sauce for a regular creamy coleslaw
  • make at least an hour in advance of serving
  • store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days
