Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients
  • Store in airtight container

Notes

  • store in a dry airtight container for up to 2 months 
  • use around 1-2 tablespoons per pound of meat
