Pork Kebabs
A simple all in one meal! These simple grill Pork Kebabs are quick to put together and turn out juicy and flavorful!

- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 8 oz cubed pineapple
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes
Cut pepper and onion into large chunks
Thread pork, pepper onion and pineapple onto skewers
Mix together remaining ingredients and brush over skewers
Preheat grill to 400 degrees
Cook skewers for 10-12 minutes until pork reaches internal temp of 145 degrees F
- buy already cubed pineapple in the produce department for quick prep work
- watch carefully to be sure you don't overcook
