Brussel Slaw
Need a fun way to eat your veggies? Try this packed with flavor slaw that only need 4 ingredients and uses Brussels sprouts instead of the traditional cabbage!

1 pound brussels sprouts 1/4 cup toasted almond slivers 1/4 cup dried cherries 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
Remove tough ends from the sprouts and then slice very thinly using a sharp knife or run through a food processor using a slicing blade
Toss with almonds, cherries and dressing until mixed well
Store in fridge and let set for at least 1 hour before serving
Be sure to check prepared ingredients like salad dressing carefully to ensure gluten safety.
Honey mustard dressing can also easily be homemade.
Can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in fridge in airtight container
