Grilled Salmon Burgers
Who says burgers are boring? These salmon burgers are not only healthy but also a change from the usual! With fresh dill and fired over the grill, these will quickly become your new favorite burger recipe!

2 pounds wild Alaskan sockeye salmon 1 oz roughly chopped shallot 1 teaspoons jarred minced garlic 1 egg 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 - 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Remove skin from salmon and roughly chop
Add to food processor along with shallot, garlic, egg, almond flour and salt
Pulse a few times until finely chopped but not completely blended
Stir in dill
Form into 6 equal sized burger patties
Brush burgers with a little cooking oil on each side
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to 375 degrees F
Place burgers on grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through
Finely dice shallot and mix by hand if you don't have a food processor
