Grilled Potato Wedges

1 pound russet potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat grill to 400 degrees F
Scrub potatoes clean and pat to dry
Cut into 1/4 inch thick wedges lengthwise
Microwave for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened
Toss with oil and seasonings
Place directly on grill grate or on a veggie grill pan
Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until slightly crispy and browned
Serve with Chipotle Lime Aioli or as desired
