- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon herb and garlic seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
preheat grill to medium heat (around 375 degrees F)
pat salmon dry and brush with olive oil
sprinkle evenly with seasoning
Place salmon skin side down on grill
in the meantime, whisk together remaining ingredients to make honey mustard
Grill salmon for 8 minutes, then brush with honey mustard and continue grilling for 2-4 minutes until cooked through
Remove from grill and let rest, remove skin if desired
Serve with additional honey mustard as desired
