Greek Chicken Kabobs
You are only 6 ingredients away from juicy and tender greek chicken kabobs made on the grill! Only a few minutes to prepare and quick to cook on the grill for a no fuss, no mess meal with plenty of versatility!

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons chicken broth 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic 2 teaspoons greek seasoning
If using wooden skewers, submerge in water to soak for at least 10 minutes
Cut chicken into large bite sized chunks
Add to bowl or back along with 1 tablespoon of the oil, the lemon juice, broth, garlic and 1 teaspoon of the seasoning
Let marinate for 30 minutes
Remove and discard marinade
Brush with additional oil and seasoning as needed
Cook on grill preheated to medium high heat (around 350 degrees)
Cook for around 10-12 minutes until cooked through, flipping once

don't marinate chicken for more than 2 hours
store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months
