Ingredients you’ll need:
- boneless skinless chicken breast
- olive oil
- lemon juice (fresh or bottled, but not concentrate)
- chicken broth
- garlic
- greek seasoning
How to Grill Chicken Kabobs:
- cut chicken into bite sized pieces
- mix marinade and pour over chicken
- let it marinate for at least 30 minutes but not more than 2 hours
- remove chicken and discard extra marinade
- place chicken on skewers
- cook on preheated grill until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees
Tips
- if using wooden skewers make sure to soak for 20 minutes
- keep chicken in fridge while marinating
- you can change up the flavors by changing up the seasoning
- add some red pepper flakes for a little spice/kick

Greek Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons greek seasoning
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, submerge in water to soak for at least 10 minutes
- Cut chicken into large bite sized chunks
- Add to bowl or back along with 1 tablespoon of the oil, the lemon juice, broth, garlic and 1 teaspoon of the seasoning
- Let marinate for 30 minutes
- Remove and discard marinade
- Brush with additional oil and seasoning as needed
- Cook on grill preheated to medium high heat (around 350 degrees)
- Cook for around 10-12 minutes until cooked through, flipping once
