Only 4 ingredient needed to make the ultimate grilled chicken tacos! The chipotle flavor takes it up a notch and using chicken thighs will result in the most flavor and juicy chicken tacos of your life!
My Grilled Chipotle Chicken Tacos are made with chicken thighs instead of breasts.
Chicken thighs are a good source of protein, just like breasts. However, they cook up juicier than chicken breasts due to their slightly higher fat content.
Many people are afraid to cook with thighs, but once they do they realize the flavor can’t be beat.
Grilled Chipotle Chicken is a taco meat you can use in tacos, on salads, and so much more!
Make up a big batch for meal prep and have it ready for quick and easy meals on those busy nights we all experience.
