Brussel Slaw is delicious and goes well with a variety of dishes. It has a stronger flavor profile that holds up well to more powerful dishes such as Grilled Salmon Burgers.
Ingredients You’ll Need To Make Brussel Slaw:
brussels sprouts
toasted almond slivers
dried cherries
honey mustard dressing
Check ingredients on prepared salad dressings to ensure it doesn’t contain gluten.
Honey mustard dressing can easily be homemade
How To Make Brussel Slaw
- Remove tough ends from the sprouts
- slice very thinly using a sharp knife or run through a food processor using a slicing blade
- Toss with almonds, cherries and dressing until mixed well
- Store in fridge and let set for at least 1 hour before serving
Pro Tips…
Change things up a bit! Try cranberries or blueberries for a different flavor.
This recipe works well for Meal Prep. It holds up well to being made up to 2 days in advance.

- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
Instructions
